Processing & Shipping Times

All of our wigs are crafted with premium, pure donor hair and made with care. Please review the processing times below before placing your order:

• Standard Hair Orders — Most styles ship within 7 working days of your order being placed.
• Colored & Ombre Hair Orders — Colored styles require customization and additional processing time. These orders ship within 15 working days of purchase.

Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International Orders

For international customers, please allow additional time for customs clearance. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
