Return & Refund Policy
At The LIC Lifestyles, we take pride in the quality of our premium human hair wigs and extensions. Due to the intimate nature of hair products, we have specific guidelines to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Return Window You may request a return within 5 business days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of any odours, styling products, or signs of use
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Wigs or extensions that have been worn, tried on without a wig cap, washed, or styled
- Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale promotion
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@thelifeinca.com within 5 business days of delivery
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
- Wait for our team to review and approve your request before shipping anything back
Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on all approved returns. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please use the provided label — returns shipped without our label will not be covered. We are not responsible for items lost in transit if our prepaid label is not used.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for the same item in a different length or style, subject to availability. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery to request an exchange.
